Our manufacturing was started in 1922 and is a fourth generation family business with core technologies in pattern making, Stereo Lithography, Direct Metal Laser Sintering, Injection molding, Foam molding, Vacuum forming, Reaction injection molding and LED lighting.

The principal of LightSpot USA, Don Robertson, brings over 40 years of sales, marketing, global manufacturing, rapid prototyping and molding experience for companies such as SONIC Drive-In, Wendy's/Arby's Group, White Castle System, Coca-Cola, MGM Grand, CVS Pharmacy, Ford Motor Company, Thermal Fisher, Bob Cat division of Ingersoll Rand, Medtronic and 3M. The diversity of these companies provides long-term stability for our company.
We have a staff of engineers working in LED and product design, rapid prototyping, tooling, manufacturing and quality. Our manufacturing is done in Minnesota, New Mexico, California and China.
All components of our LED signs go through a 100 hour burn-in to assure the highest quality of parts for our customers.
