• Most LEDs fail or have reduced performance due to improper management of heat. LightSpot USA designs all LED systems to minimize LED temperature more than 20°C lower than recommended maximum operating temperature.
• Accelerated testing of finished signs to 230°F assure continued sign operation.

• Comformable coating assures operation in environments similar to car washes
• Accelerated testing of LED systems underwater.
• Proper electrical connectors:
• All electrical connectors are sealed and water resistant.
• All electrical connectors are IP68 rated, plug and play.
• Warranty:
• Up to Five year limited warranty - Products will conform to published specifications for a period of up to five years from date of shipment provided the LED products are used in a system and no other third party devices are used in the system.
• Vinyl films have up to a ten year limited warranty.
• Power supply has a two year warranty
